For the first tim ein the history of Limpopo Province, 63 delegates from all three regions (all Local Municipalities) assembled together in Thulamela Council Chamber on the 16th November 2022 for ITLMPO-SA session.

The 4 hour session was initiated and facilitated by the NEC member Nesane TZ of Thulamela Municipality. The session was officially opened by Thulamela Municipality Municipal Manager Mr Makumule MT.

The main purpose was to share the information through Institute's presentation and Constitution deliberations as a way of recruiting new members to join the Institute.

Delegates expressed their joy and happiness citing that the session was long overdue and that they were really willing to be members of the Institute.
